About this website
This website explains SweetFlips Community Rewards and includes an on-site community form. It does not provide reward balances or livestream functionality.
Information handled here
The website may process basic technical request data needed to deliver and secure the page. When you submit the community form, we store the contact method you selected, your Telegram or Discord username, the versions of the Privacy Policy and Program Rules you accepted, and the submission and consent times. We do not intentionally store your IP address or browser fingerprint with the signup record.
Community team notification
The submitted username, selected contact method, submission time and internal signup reference are sent by our bot to an approved private Telegram group so the community team can review the request. Bot and database credentials are kept on the server and are not exposed to the browser.
Optional measurement
Analytics and advertising measurement are disabled until you consent. If enabled, they are limited to generic events such as page views, section views, FAQ interactions and community-link clicks. We do not intentionally send usernames, email addresses, chat messages, reward balances, account identifiers, moderation details or sensitive personal information to advertising platforms.
Access and retention
Access to signup records and the notification group is limited to the approved community team. Before production launch, the responsible operator must establish and publish the applicable retention period and deletion process for signup records.
Your choices
You can accept, reject or manage optional categories through the privacy controls. You can withdraw consent at any time using “Cookie preferences” in the footer.
